When placing an order, it is recommended to register.  Please include your email address and phone number.  Both are necessary in case we need to contact you concerning your order.  For shipping, UPS and FEDEX require that we enter your phone number.  We also enter your email address so that you can track your packages and receive email updates on shipping, exceptions to delivery, and/or delivery status of your order.

The Protein Store ships Monday through Friday excluding holidays.  We will ship your order within 72 hours at the latest.  However, if you order late on Friday, your order will ship on Monday.  If there is a delay on shipping your order, we will contact you by email or telephone.

Shipping provided by United States Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or Federal Express (FedEx).  If you would like a different form of shipping, i.e. DHL, please email customerservice@theproteinstore.com to receive a shipping quote.  Make sure you include the items that you want to order, so we can provide a more accurate shipping quote.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: International shipping rates that are displayed on the checkout page are for delivery or shipping charges only.  Applicable taxes and custom duties are the responsibility of the customer and NOT the responsibility of The Protein Store.

THEFT NOTICE:  Be aware of package theft.  Some packages are being stolen (even from the front porch) after they are delivered by the USPS,  UPS and/or FedEx.  If you do not want your packages left at your location, notify the carrier to NOT leave packages.  The Protein Store will not be responsible for packages stolen after delivery.

Email Notices
In order to receive email notifications, please make sure that you "whitelist" emails coming from theproteinstore4@gmail.com.  Otherwise, the emails could be labeled as spam.  This currently applies to AOL, GMAIL, & ATT.
