Helpful Diet Hints When Attending a Holiday Party

  • Never arrive hungry
  • Bring your own tray to the party (include vegetables, shrimp or a high quality deli tray)
  • Only eat items from the vegetable and protein groups
  • Stay away from the alcohol - bring a protein drink and put it in a pretty glass or drink club soda with lemon or lime
  • Wear a dress that is a little snug - this way you will not be tempted to eat as much
